Far from adapting a skin care and and global perfume giant strategy it focuseson a more agile and dynamic company covering the needs of its clients.


The company is looking for an enthusiastic customer service executive who wants to be the crossroad between all the communications and organisation of the company, taking care of putting together the needs of stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Customer Service relationship management
  • Order management through JDE system
  • Work with external 3PL/freight parties to ensure on time delivery
  • Partner with internal supply chain and operations teams to meet consistent service targets

Requirements:


  • Prior experience with business customer service, supply chain operations, or 3PL/freight forwarding
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and consistent volume of responsibility
  • Problem solving competencies and capacity for finding solutions for customers
