Romanian Recruitment Administrator needed for ASAP START
Driver Hire Uxbridge is currently looking for a
Bi-lingual Recruitment Consultant based in our Uxbridge Branch. Ideally Romanian as a 2nd language.
Driver Hire is the UK's largest specialist transport and logistics recruitment company. We offer temporary and permanent driving jobs, non-driving work and Driver CPC training.


Overview of the role:


  • Assisting with the advertising for existing and new client requirements.
  • General Administration typing, photocopying, scanning, filing, post
  • Updating all relevant databases with the correct information
  • Answering incoming calls, professionally and efficiently
  • Filling client bookings and placing drivers into work on a day to day basis.
  • To be the 'oncall' shift consultant. Taking the oncall phone at least 3 nights per week

Who We Are Looking For:


  • You will be bilingual with native or fluent English and Romanian.
  • Can deliver a total passion and commitment to excellence with maximum attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with team in a professional manner
  • A high level of presentation
  • High level of Customer Service
  • High level of competency with IT skills more specifically Excel spreadsheets
  • The ability to use and show initiative when working to deadlines

No previous experience is necessary; however, you must be keen to learn new skills, and show dedication to your new role.

  • 5day week (Monday to Friday)
  • Office hours: 8 hours per day with 30 minutes lunch break
  • Be the 'oncall' shift consultant. Taking the oncall phone at least 2 to 4 nights per week
  • Temp to perm £11.00 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay, equivalent of £25.000 per year PLUS bonuses
