We are looking for an Academic Coach of English Language and Literature.


You will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group guidance and personalized instruction and teaching to students of all year groups, helping them improve their language skills and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:


  • To work collaboratively with academic staff to increase student attendance and attainment.
  • Work onetoone or with small groups within the English department.
  • Work with teachers to support individual students to agree targets and action plans to improve the rate of progress being made in students' learning in English and Literacy.
  • Support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
