Position:
Heat Treatment Engineer

Location:
Bristol

Hours of work: 37 Monday to Friday i.e.

7:30am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30 till 1:30 pm on Fridays

Salary:
£26000 to £28860 per annum

Due to the company growth, we are now seeking to recruit a Heat Treatment for a precision aerospace manufacturing company based in Bristol.

The suitable Heat Treatment Engineer will have a good knowledge of dye penetrant and magnetic flaw detection, engineeringdrawings as well as NDT processes.

Responsibilities of Heat Treatment Engineer

Processing components using Heat Treatment furnaces to ensure component parts conform to drawing and process requirements
Creating and verifying process data cards to satisfy requirements detailed on drawings
Conducting all calibrations and associated checks in line with detailed instructions
Checking, calibrating, testing and verifying the Heat Treatment equipment
Assisting the Manufacturing Group Leaders in the manufacturing of parts through the production process, ensuring planned times for processes are met.
