Description

We are looking for dedicated support workers, to be part of a team offering a comprehensive residential service to adults who have a diagnosed learning disability.

The aim being to ensure their physical, social and emotional well-being, and assist in their positive holistic development, we require passionate and driven people who want to make a significant difference to the lives of vulnerable adults, supporting them with independence, being able to follow their support plans and behaviour support plans consistently and being able to develop a strong bond and trusting relationship.

Flexibility is key as we are a busy home and run it to the needs of the residents, we are open 24 hours a day 365 days a year, Day shifts are 8am-8pm/ 8am-10pm /4pm-10pm, Sleep nights, Night shifts are 8pm-8am Monday - Sunday on a rolling rota

UK residents only

UK drivers license essential


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From £11.50 per hour
