We have a great opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Countryside Partnerships London North, at our site Oakwood, London.

As our Sales Consultant you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of the day to day running of the development.

Take ownership for the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales process and deliver successful continual sales.

Always acting in the best interests of our customers.

More about the Sales Consultant role

  • Obtain sales completions at prices and sales rates as determined by Sales Management.
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales and follow up all enquiries with telephone communication and marketing literature to optimise the business opportunity in line with the sales procedures.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcome for the business
  • Utilise all technology available to ensure innovation in generating sales in differing environmental and economic conditions.
  • Ensure that all enquiries and sales leads are followed up on following the correct procedure and timeline.
  • Use the CRM system daily to manage leads, enquires, and purchaser contact information.
  • Manage and drive sales agents, ensuring they work to the agreed service levels and maintain a high level of performance. Lead monthly meetings with all agents.
  • Respond to all cancellations making every effort to 'save' and if necessary re negotiate the reservation and at all times identify the reason for cancellation.
  • Carry out daily tasks required for the development, attend weekly meetings and issue weekly sales reports.
  • Proactively working as a member of the sales team and demonstrating effective team working skills, ensuring all aspects of the sales process are completed to required standard.
  • Implement the Company's continuous drive to deliver excellent customer service by advocating the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure highest standard of presentation of all sales areas, marketing suites and show homes. This includes monitoring site presentation and reporting unsatisfactory standards.
  • Ensure that at all times purchasers, prospective purchasers and their external agents
- (mortgage brokers, solicitors etc) are treated politely, efficiently and professionally

  • Ensure that only accurate information, authorised by your Manager is conveyed to purchasers, prospective purchasers and their external agents, in accordance with current legislation and consumer code guidance
  • Ensure all records and reports are prepared accurately and punctually in accordance with
  • Group Procedures and that all information is conveyed accurately and following current GDPR regulations
  • Liaise with purchasers and their agents, following reservation to achieve exchange of contracts within 28 days and legal completion as required by Sales Management.
