JOB TITLE:
Operations Finance Lead

LOCATION:
Greenford

WAY OF WORKING:
Hybrid - 3 days per week in office

SALARY:
£65,000 - £75,000

THE BUSINESS:

C4S-search is pleased to be working with a global Food Service company consisting of many huge household brands.

THE FINANCE LEAD OPPORTUNITY:

Guiding the formulation and execution of business strategies to enhance decision-making quality and oversee overall business performance.

Cultivating a culture of continual improvement and development for optimal operational efficiency, providing invaluable financial insights and analyses to inform strategic business decisions and drive profitability in the short, medium, and long term.

Providing strategic, operational, and financial support and leadership to achieve business performance and growth objectives.
Delivering performance metrics, identifying variances, and comprehending opportunities and risks. Regularly monitoring performance to track progress.
Prioritizing, managing, and allocating resources across key projects and business priorities.
Leading the team with confidence, fostering a changeoriented mindset and culture, always exploring innovative possibilities.
Taking ownership of Month End & Year End processes, including the management and signoff of accounts.
Implementing robust financial controls and ensuring the intercompany process is optimized for its intended purpose.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Commercial Acumen
CIMA/ACCA Qualification
Ability to influence and buy in key stakeholders.
3 Years relevant business experience
Team Leadership
Operational appreciation
Ability to provide challenge and critique.
Continuous improvement mindset
Stakeholder Management
