About this role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Telephone Account Executive to provide our ever-increasing number of Restaurant Partners with the support they need to succeed on the Just Eat platform.

The role is fast-paced to ensure we achieve maximum value from each contact.

In this role, you will be responsible for the growth and retention of existing clients supporting them to grow their orders and continually improve the quality of service they offer.

Tools available include optimising menus, adding photography, offering great deals, reducing offline time and hitting delivery ETAs.

You will be a proactive self-starter, with a positive and 'can-do' attitude; and the ability to build relationships with your clients.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Connect with a large targeted list of existing restaurant partners via telephone, to engage, educate and support the promotion of transactional offers whilst driving revenue for the partner
Contribute to key business initiatives & campaigns to drive all round partner success
Communicate crossfunctionally and collaborate with other departments where required
Set and track daily targets, aligned with company objectives, juggle expectations and demands
Support escalations and provide solutions to partners promptly
Be a brand ambassador for Just Eat, represent the company to the highest possible standard over the phone

What will you bring to the table?:

Previous experience in Sales or Account Management is preferred
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment & manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong relationship builder
Uses data to drive performance and strategies
Has a positive mindset and shows selfawareness
