Asbestos Surveyor - Housing Association - About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Merseyside based housing association who are looking to appoint Asbestos Surveyor. The role offers £26 per hour plus work mileage at 45ppm.

This is initially a six month fixed term contract, directly withthe housing association and with high possibility to become permanent.

Asbestos Surveyor - Housing Association - About The Role:

To be responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys to allow maintenance and investment works to be completed
To assist on the development of the quality assurance process by validating asbestos information
To be responsible for and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation including the Control of Asbestos Regulations
To provide technical support on the management of asbestos data

Asbestos Surveyor - Housing Association - What You Need:

Must hold a UK driving license
Minimum requirement of of P402 Surveying and Sampling Strategies for Asbestos in Buildings or equivalent relevant qualification
Experience in the role of asbestos surveying within social housing on either the client or contractor side
Sound knowledge of asbestos compliance within a housing or property environment to ensure robust compliant operations
