We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a
Receptionist/ Administrator in St Neots.

Person Attributes;

  • Smart, presentable, good disposition, approachable you are the first contact people will have
  • Able to communicate at all levels able to liaise with other admin staff, engineers, directors, managers

The role;

  • Meet and greet visitors to site
  • Identify where they are going/who they are visiting and direct them as necessary
  • Call the host to come and escort the visitor if required
  • Manage the room booking system and set up meetings for the client and wider team.
  • Prepare refreshments for those booked in the meeting room if requested
  • Clear away and tidy up each meeting room as required and prepare for next meeting
  • Efficient and economic stock management
  • Sending, receiving, and distributing post
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required by your Line Manager.
  • To attend professional development training courses to improve and maintain best working practices relevant to the core skills required.
  • Requirement to attend Skanska related Team Talks/Safety Stand ups/downs or any other associated meetings deemed necessary by Skanska or the client
  • Working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday 30 minutes lunch break
  • Salary £15.00
  • Term 4 months, possibly longer

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 5 months
