What you'll be doing

Reporting to a senior marketing team member, you'll work closely with the whole team to provide effective administrative support, assist in creating marketing campaigns and coordinate attendance at external events.


This is a great first role in marketing, and you'll gain huge experience in all elements of marketing across all channels.


You'll:


  • Coordinate the design, production and distribution of marketing materials in print and digital formats
  • Write and proofread content
  • Assisting in organising key external and internal events, including sourcing and ordering POS
  • Creating and implementing own campaigns where appropriate
  • Contribute creatively to the development of digital marketing, e.g. communities, blogs, social media channels, newsletters etc.
  • Provide administrative support, including general enquiries
  • Raise Purchase Orders for approval against specific cost centres, maintaining the tracker
  • Use CRM to generate data sets
  • Build an understanding of the market and customers and how to develop effective campaigns
  • Support the Marketing Director and Heads of Marketing with projects as relevant
  • Contribute to and implement improvement of processes and efficiencies, showcasing owner mentality
Who we are looking for

Confident, enthusiastic, and efficient, you'll have lots of ideas you want to share as well as be keen to find out more about all things marketing.

You'll be highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise effectively, and like to be busy / work in a busy environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, are required. You'll be able to prioritise and juggle competing demands with ease and will be a proactive problem-solver. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint is ideal.
