Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistance:
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintain calendars for conference rooms and other shared spaces.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Action passes and work with our managing agent to ensure the database is current.
- Prepare and organise meeting rooms.
- Booking global travel across the wider business.
- Raising purchase orders and managing office budgets.
Office Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the organisation.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure that office equipment and facilities are wellmaintained and in working order.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, replenishing stock as necessary.
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Communication:
- Assist in internal communication efforts regarding the office with the assistance of our internal communications lead.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective information flow.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve routine administrative issues independently.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel and follow up on resolutions.
Technology Proficiency:
- Utilise office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools efficiently.
- Provide basic technical support to staff members.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues or coordinate with IT support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:
