Internal Account Manager

£25,500 per annum + benefits

Do you have previous account management/customer service experience? Would you love to join a well-respected company in Devizes? If so, then we would love to hear from you


Our prestigious client is currently requiring an experienced Internal Account Manager to join their hardworking and growing team in Devizes.

You will be providing a first class service experience to both customers and suppliers, ensuring all parties arekept informed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner closely with Area Sales Manager
  • Proactively build relationships with designated retailers
  • Upsell/cross sell products
  • Update customers on their orders
  • Update and maintain the inhouse CRM

Person specification:


  • Previous account management/customer service experience
  • Professional and polite manner
  • Work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Methodical, logical and organised approach
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4.30pm.

Due to the client's location, having your own transport would be beneficial.
