Description
Our client, based in Kent
, is currently recruiting for a People Development Lead on a permanent basis.

Our client is a leading designer of electrical safety equipment and has provided the public with improved safety features on their products.

The position is due to start in the coming months on a full time basis. The salary for the role is available upon further request.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • In conjunction with line managers, support staff to build the skills, capabilities and competencies required to succeed in their role
  • Support line managers with succession plans for all staff
  • Champion staff development programmes (Management & Leadership)
  • Develop competency frameworks for all departments
  • Ensure staff development is in line with Company vision, mission and values
  • Implement and evaluate staff engagement surveys
  • Develop relationships with local education providers: Schools, colleges, and universities with a view to secure future talent
  • Work together to enhance the onboarding of staff and development there of

Experience required:


  • Excess of 3 years working within L&D
  • Current and updated knowledge of effective L&D development methods
  • Evaluating and asaessing the effectiveness of learning programmes

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • CIPD Level 3
