Description

We are seeking an outstanding Research Fellow to provide research leadership and technical expertise to Professor Heidi Christensen's research team.

The research team works on the intersection of Speech Technology, AI and Healthcare and is based in the Speech and Hearing (SPandH) research group in the Department of Computer Science.

You will play a key role in the close liaison with a wide group of multidisciplinary research stakeholders and collaborators.

You should also have experience in research leadership and project management such as the (co-) supervision of PhD students, contribution to grant writing and management of activities, people and timelines across a number of research projects with multiple, interdisciplinary stakeholders and collaborators.

In this role you will work in the well-connected, world-leading Speech and Hearing (SPandH) research group at the University of Sheffield, which has a reputation for internationally leading research and is one of the largest such groups in Europe.
