We are looking for an full-time Leisure & Wellness Co-ordinator for our beautiful new home in Kidlington.

A musical talent or skill is highly desirable and weekend availability is essential as our Co-ordinators work a rota that includes alternate weekends.

About us:
Lincroft Meadow is ideally located just off the junction of Banbury Road and The Moors in Kidlington. Kidlington is close to Woodstock, Summertown, Bicester, Banbury and the bustling heart of Oxford. Lincroft Meadow is proving to be a very popular home for many residents of surrounding villages, towns and cities.

About the role :

Spending time getting to know our residents and their families will help you tailor activities and leisure pursuits for each resident and deliver the person-centred care that is of paramount importance to Porthaven.

About you Cheerful and compassionate by nature, you should be naturally creative with a genuine enthusiasm for the people we support. You must be organised and possess sound judgment, initiative and problem-solving abilities, and be able to pay attention to the details. Reading, writing and communicating clearly in English is vital, as is being IT literate. Sports, Arts or experience within a similar environment is desirable, and you will also need to demonstrate profile-raising and community involvement abilities. A genuine desire to develop or progress a career in this field is also required along with a respectful and courteous attitude to seniors.
