We're looking for a highly motivated
Renewals Co-Ordinator to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in
Birkenhead.

As a Renewals Co-Ordinator you will provide tenancy renewals administration support servicesto branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Renewals Co-Ordinator:
The main purpose of your role is to provide a
tenancy renewals service to branches, landlords and tenants. You will seek client instructions and negotiate renewal terms and extensions of tenancies with landlords and tenants. Preparing new tenancyagreements, obtaining fees and chasing and executing documents and administering periodic tenancies.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Renewals Co-Ordinator:

    negotiation and administrationskills ideally with some sales experience
