Description
Head of Data £70,000 - £80,000pa + car allowance and bonus. Hybrid working on offer.

Your new company
You will be working for a large, global company who work within the automotive sector.

Your new role

As their new Head of Data you will be working as part of their leadership team whilst the organisation goes through a data transformation.

The project is a transformation from their on-premise data to cloud.

Some of the duties include:

  • Leading a team of data experts.
- influence the key stakeholders across transformation programmes whilst also collaborating with data personnel globally.

  • Support the development and implementation on the data strategy.
  • Design and execute the UK data strategy including the reporting framework.
  • Understand the legacy data systems to transfer the data into new technologies.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of the data transformation.
  • Have ownership over the UK data governance.
  • Develop a strong network to understand how data can be used to support and grow the business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Have a proven ability to engage teams through development, leadership and coaching.
  • Data experience which includes technical delivery, transformation and strategy setting.
  • Technical knowledge of ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Governance, Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Informatica.
  • Build out data approaches and thinking innovatively to how data can be used in a way to support and grow the business.

What you'll get in return
A salary from £70,000 - £80,000 as well as a car allowance and bonuses. Hybrid working is on offer with 2-3 days per week required on site.
