  • Support and assist job seekers in finding their ideal job within schools
  • Help train, coach and develop junior members of the team
  • Lead by example in all areas of the role
  • Act as a pillar of support to others within the sales department

The Successful Applicant:


  • 2 + years experience in a senior recruitment consultant role
- able to support other members of the team and offer advise and guidance
- understands the full 360 recruitment cycle
- worked in a temp recruitment before
