Absolute Security Systems Limited are seeking a Lead Service Coordinator for permanent position based in our Godalming Head Office.

With 30 years of experience in the Electronic Fire & Security industry providing all manner of Design, Supply, Install, Monitoring and Maintenance of all types of Fire & Security systems.

Our service team provides the highest quality maintenance and monitoring with 24hr technical support. Accredited by NSI, and BAFE, amongst other leading industry and Government standards.


About the Role

  • Leading the service team coordination desk
  • Day to day communication with engineers; allocating call outs and liaising with clients.
  • Day to day communication with customers receiving fault call outs and scheduling visits.
  • Scheduling monthly planned maintenance appointments and arranging engineering resources.
  • Communicating with customers following engineering visits.
  • Reporting directly to the engineering manager
  • Ensuring that contracted call out response times are achieved.
  • Raising invoices for call out and day works
  • Supporting team members when required and undertake any other tasks that may arise.
  • Ensuring that we are working within NSI and BAFE standards.
  • Generating monthly reports and statistics
  • Compiling data analysis and identifying trends, issues and solutions
  • Strong ability to multitask and show leadership.
  • To be able to manage multiple people with different skill sets.
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Ability to deal with dynamic and fastmoving environment.
  • Make informed and rational decisions under pressure.
  • To be able to manage customer expectations.
  • Must be polite & courteous and be able to develop a good professional communicative relationship with our customers.
  • A background dealing with, and scheduling fieldbased engineers would be a benefit.
  • Willing and able to work well with a team, but also have the ability to work well individually.
  • Good time management and communication skills is a must
  • Forward thinking and planning ahead

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
