About The Role:

***EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineer and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall.

We're looking for a
Systems Administrator to join our Operational Support Control Room team based in Bicester.

This role will require you to work within a shift pattern that includes periodic half day Saturday working.

In this position you can expect to receive, contact and coordinate communications between all stakeholders to ensure that all are informed and receiving the accurate and timely information.


  • You will mange the movement of vehicles to and from the Contractor's Working Areas using bespoke systems developed within the business. You'll also collaborate with Subcontractors and other stakeholders to develop the most efficient, effective and sympathetic logistics solutions to support the scheme.
  • It is essential that you ensure the business complies with regulations and update policies and processes when required and maintain records, proving that the vehicle fleet is compliant with regulations. We require your support with implementing, maintaining, and developing our policies and processes to ensure the Logistics and Security team is effective and efficient whilst concurrently educating staff with industry concepts, practices and procedures.
  • You will assist in the development of new software to support construction delivery, testing scripts, identifying issues and writing training material. We would also expect you to attend and add value to meetings with internal and external stakeholder during systems rollout and delivery.

About You:

***- You will have experience in Software User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and one (or more) of the following areas:
  • Construction Logistics
  • Blue Light Services
  • Public Service Logistics
  • Control Room Operations
  • Creating and implementing KPI's
  • Problem Solving
  • Microsoft Systems
  • Working in a team environment
  • Customer relationships
  • High tempo environments
