Job Title:
Client Relationship Manager

Salary:
£32,000 plus commission

Hours:
Full Time, Maternity cover

Location:
Home Based - South East/South London

Description:

Key Duties:

Support the customer in their journey from inspection to delivery of the company's bespoke system
Responsible for attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
Advising customer on other products within the business
Working alongside the sales team to opportunities to further sales within key clients
Passing leads to the sales team and following up progress
Assisting in resolving or escalation of areas of concern raised by the client
Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants for the overall success of the business
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
Conducting business reviews/surveys to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's set by the Head of Sales
Ensuring Account Managers are aware of changes within clients
Liaising with internal departments to ensure clients needs are fulfilled effectively

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Experience of working in a similar role is required
Knowledge of sales and positive customer experience
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail
Team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
