22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

The Chichester College Group is recruiting for a customer focused and diligent HR Services Team Leader on a job share basis to join their friendly Human Resources team. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Wednesday, meaning you will benefit from a 4 day weekend

Based at the Group's campus in the centre of Chichester, you will manage the HR Services team to provide an outstanding recruitment and induction service to the Group.

You will also provide knowledgeable, proactive and customer focused advice and guidance to staff and managers on a range of recruitment, contractual and family-friendly matters.

The role is varied and no two days are the same
