12 Month Contract
£750 per day via Umbrella Inside IR35
My high-profile Banking client is currently recruiting for a Client Reporting Business Analyst on a 12-month contract, role is based in London Monday to Friday 9-5 on a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days a week being in the office.
Job PurposeThe primary purpose of this role is to work with the Commercial and Client Reporting teams and Technology to help integrate the newly aligned business functions into commercial systems including the client web portal, client reporting, client relationship managementsystem and various other supporting services.
In this business facing role, you should be resourceful, energetic, and ready to hit the ground running. You'll need to work well in a team, but also be self-sufficient. You should be ready to share ideas and fresh perspectives.Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, including Business Development, Product Development, Client Services, Client Directors, Client Reporting etc., and collaborate on requirements ensuring that the technology strategy is aligned with businessstrategy and objectives
- Fantastic communicator and collaborator keen to work closely across with a wide variety of teams, both technical and business
- Actively participate in the delivery lifecycle including Agile ceremonies and develop documentation such as system user guides and business process & procedures
- Collaborate with the business and wider technology group to help deliver technology strategy.
Experience
- Knowledge of Asset Management business process and workflows
- Understanding of the client reporting lifecycle within Asset Management
- Experience of Target Operating Model (TOM) design for a new business
- Experience of client relationship, client service and portfolios within Asset Management
- Handson experience of working on digital platforms within Asset Management
- Discover, understand and define stakeholder and product owner needs via workshops, meetings and interview
- Playback the requirements using a variety of approaches including user stories and business process flows
- Hands on experience of analysing current systems and document the business data model, data flows and relationships of data in different system
- Experience of directing and training teams and knowledge sharing with the business
- A good understanding of data sourcing, data management and governance
- Hands on project delivery experience is a must
- Fantastic communicator and collaborator keen to work closely with a wide variety of teams, both technical and business
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable you to manage expectations. You will need to have the capability to manage both positive and negative feedback
- Discover, understand and define stakeholder and product owner needs via workshops, meetings and interview
