We are looking to expand our commercial team in Leeds with the recruitment of a Graduate Commercial Surveyor.


Requirements:

Degree level qualified

• A successful noncognate Graduate Surveyor will receive sponsorship to complete an MSc in Real Estate part time over the 2.5 year programme and will be provided with additional study days.
• The successful applicant will undertake a structured programme focusing on the completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for a Commercial or Valuation pathways.
• A full UK driving licence
• High attention to detail, well organised and a proactive approach
• Ability to Listen to others and Collaborate effectively
• Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
• Ability to challenge in a positive way
• A team player with leadership potential
• Strategic approach to problem solving
• Ability to empower those around them
• Highly motivated
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
