Hills Waste Solutions have an opportunity available for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team based in County Park Business Centre, Swindon
.

You will join us on a
6 month fixed term contract, full time basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£23,533.

08 per annum alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the role:

As our Customer Support Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • To provide an administrative support function to the Waste Collections sales team including field sales and account management.
  • Manage accounts for work being undertaken on behalf of Hills Waste Solutions Limited
  • To make proactive outbound calls to book appointments for the field sales team and contact existing customers to upsell new services.

What we're looking for in our Customer Support Advisor:
Essential

  • Customer service experience, Ms works knowledge

  • Office customer service experience
