The Role


This role is a great opportunity for a money motivated Lead Generator, who has a sales background and is looking for a role where they can be part of a team, generating leads to turn into to sales.


You will responsible for discussing the clients debt issues, fact finding information about their financial situation and seeing if they'd be eligible for solutions.


There is potential to hit weekly and monthly bonus's, with uncapped earning potential, top leading managers have an OTE of £60,000.


The Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients, fostering effective communication.
  • Collect relevant and accurate data to assess clients' financial situations.
  • Make informed decisions on clients' eligibility for debt solutions based on thorough evaluations.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of financial assessments.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey assessment results and advice.
  • Uphold a commitment to delivering compassionate and personalized guidance.
  • Handle high volumes of calls, adapting your approach to suit the caller and their needs.

The Requirements

  • Previous phone based sales experience
  • Objection handling
  • Fact finding
  • Self motivated and have a desire to progress.
