Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of external and internal delegates.

You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop effective training materials.

You will be based in Wellingborough (NN8 2QY) but will be travelling to Burton-on-Trent, Worksop.

Duties:

Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Proficient in using technology for training delivery, such as learning management systems or virtual platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
DGSA or ADR Licence

HGV or Transport manager CPC

Required:

Category B driving licence
PTTLS or equivalent

Salary range:
£30,000-£34,000 plus company car allowance (£4,500)

20 days holiday plus bank holidays
