KBB Recruitment are looking for an Internal
Sales personin Swindon**:

  • £23,500 and £500 monthly bonus which is uncapped + annual bonus,**We are now looking for a confident and positive
    Sales Administrator to join our highly successful, growing team. This company manufacturer, design, install and engineer luxury Timber Windows and Doors.


You will assist with the daily routines within the Sales & Commercial Department, providing support to the Sales team, ensuring that all sales opportunities are captured and an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained.

We would also loveyou to be involved in our exhibitions, helping to showcase this companies wonderful products at some of the UKs best events.


One to one training is available and also a trip Essex can be arranged to further your knowledge of all things timber, we would be delighted to show you.


Role Responsibilities

  • To ensure the sales function operates effectively
  • Answer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain good relationships with prospective clients and professionals to promote further business
  • Give expert advice to customers promoting the products and services
  • Sustain a positive team environment, displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit
  • To produce accurate & detailed estimates liaising with architects, contractors and end users (full training to be given)

Knowledge and Skills

  • Previous face to face and telephone customer service experience is essential.
  • Have a sales focussed approach to all customer contact
  • Capture any sales opportunities
  • Attention to detail
  • Numerate
  • Ability to manage different tasks in a fast moving environment
  • Proficient in the use of IT software and systems. ie Microsoft Office
  • Be organised
