Description

Our client based close to Stowmarket is seeking a weekend Customer Service Support Advisor to join their well-established team within an office environment.

The working hours for this role are Saturdays and/or Sundays 8am-6pm. Hours can be flexible.


Daily duties of a Customer Service Support Advisor

  • Working within a team
  • Answering telephone calls and helping with queries
  • Work within a team to ensure the workload is prioritised
  • Inputting data into bespoke software systems
  • Ensuring customer are updated throughout the process

Person Specification

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good communication skills
