Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in a mixed Mac and Windows environment
  • Handle support tickets and escalate where necessary
  • Check server logs and backups
  • Run the server and OS updates
  • End user training

Technical Skills Required:

  • Experience with Windows Server 2016/201
  • Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Administration
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware
  • Remote desktop support experience
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Installation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Meraki Networking experience
