Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in a mixed Mac and Windows environment
- Handle support tickets and escalate where necessary
- Check server logs and backups
- Run the server and OS updates
- End user training
Technical Skills Required:
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/201
- Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Administration
- Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware
- Remote desktop support experience
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Adobe Creative Cloud Installation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Meraki Networking experience
