Salary: £50,232 £62,786

Job Summary

What you will do

Drive continuous improvement activities including mapping current and future process maps, driving corrective actions, and developing, tracking, and measuring qualitative and quantitative results.
Drive a culture of innovation, simplification and continuous improvement through best practice sharing, advocacy, and handson leadership.
Partner with senior leadership, understand business goals, analyze opportunities, and develop improvement plans for various workflows/systems and technologies.
Build roadmaps that support the tactical execution of key continuous improvement initiatives across stakeholder teams.

What you will bring

Customer focus, knowledge of best practices in invoice processing, supplier inquiry & helpdesk design, remittance advice issuance, vendor inquiries and dispute management
Knowledge and understanding of the mechanics in the ITP process stream and how these fit into the endtoend financial process environment.
A passion for continuous improvement and process ownership to develop the customer experience is an imperative
Ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and navigate without a formal authority to deliver on business results.
A working knowledge of financial systems (SAP, QAD, etc) and ITP specific tools (e.g. OCR, Supplier Portals, Invoice Workflow tools)
