Description
Day to day running and management of the shop

Customer satisfaction and service
-
Developing strong supplier engagement and liaising with our suppliers for stock delivery

Stock management including checking, rotating (date checks), ordering, and taking deliveries (checking against invoices and delivery notes)

Health and safety responsibilities in relation to hygiene, dangerous equipment (alcohol, cigarettes), manual handling and first aid

Ticketing and pricing of produce

Dealing with customer complaints appropriately

Maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and addressing hazards
-
Ensuring that new products are stocked on shelves and displays are updated regularly

Overseeing the efficient running of the store by monitoring employee performance, resolving employee issues, and scheduling staff rotations

Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
-
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues quickly to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
Salary:
£27,000.00 per year
