The opportunity


We have a brand-new opportunity for a Group Websites Coordinator to take the lead on managing our customer facing websites across the whole Group.

You will be a key point of contact to help project manage our external Web Design Agency and Public Relations partners to ensure that our customer facing websites up to date, and relevant content is continually published across all our brands.


Key areas of responsibility include

  • Maintain and own endtoend projects and BAU updates across the Group's customerfacing websites
  • Be the key point of contact for our web design & PR agencies
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders regularly to maintain project expectations
  • Manage key website accounts in delivering site updates as and when appropriate
  • Facilitate strong relationships between external and internal suppliers, ensuring uptodate and relevant communication

What we're looking for
To be successful in the role, you must have the following skills;

  • Previous experience in managing numerous websites, including working with content management systems and developing web content strategies
  • Project management skills with the ability to keep track of relevant delivery schedules and provide feedback where appropriate
  • Be a problem solver with the ability to get ahead of problems and find solutions that benefit the business while enabling efficient project delivery
  • Strong I.T. skills and advanced knowledge of web technologies
  • Strong organisation skills
  • The ability to work to a high level of accuracy
  • Exemplary communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Insurance, Regulatory and Compliance awareness

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
