About me

  • I am a 22 year young girl. I am nonverbal and I have been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. My likes are puzzles, music, printing, I enjoy watching Thomas the Tank, Tweenies & Teletubbies on TV. I like to go out on buses and visit charity shops and I love cake.
    Hours and rate of pay
Hours Per Week (weekdays flexible)(THIS ROLE IS FOR 40 WEEKS PER YEAR ONLY)

Shifts Available

Mornings - 7.00am /14.00pm

Mornings pm

Afternoons pm pm

£13.00 Per Hour PAYE or £14.00 Self Employed

The post will include paid annual leave (on a pro-rata and accrued basis)


Location

  • Thundridge
  • SG12
    DBS/Checks
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required and a full valid UK driving license.
Right to Work and references will be needed.


Training

  • Mandatory training for Personal Assistants (Adults)_
  • Safeguarding Adults
  • Introduction to first aid
  • Health and Safety

What you would be doing

  • Personal Care, assisting with dressing, food preparation, administer medication, Take DP Holder out in the community. Entertain in home ie jigsaw, baking. Supporting and entertaining within the family home doing jigsaws, baking and other activities.
    The person I would like
  • Female PA with patience, compassion and can make DP Holder feel happy to supported with activities in and outside the home.
Experience in Autism and behaviours essential.

Own car and driving license with business insurance required.
