You will need to bring a wealth of experience across support roles and have experience across Windows and MicrosoftTechnologies.

This is a brilliant opening for a Senior Support Engineer with experience of working through support roles in Microsoft/Windows houses.

Given the seniority of this role you will need to have lead support teams.

Some of the daily tasks will require that youhave experience with Device Management, Service Management, have worked in ITIL environments and experience of ITSM.

This is a great opportunity for someone to take a leading role in shaping the future of the organisations support team.

Skills required for the Senior Support Engineer:

Microsoft & Windows experience
Lead technical support teams
Device & Service Management
Confident communicator who can deal with a wide range of stakeholders
