We are AMS.

Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) is one of our service offerings; we act as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provide professional interim and temporary resources.

Our client is a globally respected engineering organisation, providing white collar, Blue collar and engineering services to many sectors including energy, aerospace, marine and defence.

They are committed to innovation and the continual pursuit of improvement, and with a brand holding over 100 years of service they are now developing their technology capabilities, venturing into new markets and building their customer base further.

At present we are working on their Future Programmes Campaign and we are looking for 5 Project Controllers to cover initial 12 month contracts on their Bristol site.

Future Programmes is looking for someone with drive, passion and commitment who can:

Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to easily build rapport within all levels of an organisation.
Demonstrate initiative and selfmotivation.
Ability to work with high levels of ambiguity and change.
Possesses a good level of knowledge and experience of SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

This role provides you with a fantastic opportunity to:

Lead the customer invoicing process, including purchase order generation and customer invoicing
Create and collate project / portfolio data, reporting trends and highlighting anomalies using various data sources
Administer and lead the Programme Change Process and the Programme Co-Ord Memo (CM) process
Be the focal point managing the various programme databases
Support the Programme Manager and Project lead with timely creation of reports required for contract and stakeholder reviews.
Provide administrative support to the programme team
