Working alongside a senior consultant who helped set up the business 5 years ago, you will focus on taking over some key accounts within Fintech whilst also developing new relationships on the back of your successful hires.

Additionally, every other week each member of the team has a dedicated 1-1 training session with a award winning trainer to help develop their careers in a way that suits them.

Let's say you want to manage a team in 2 years time.

You'll train in a differentway to someone who might like to explore Client Relations as their career get the drift.

The role and you:

Running a busy recruitment desk
Interviewing and assessing applicants.
Managing and developing key accounts.
Develop and expand on existing and new client relationships with key decision maker
Continuously deliver on live assignments
Full 360 Recruitment
Previous recruitment experience is essential
Confidence when speaking to people at all levels
A tenacious attitude towards sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Benefits Include:

Salary is £28 £32k basic, but we can flex depending on your circumstances
Amazing commission starting at 20%, low threshold and monthly paid
