What You'll Be Doing

Support the Vice President of Customer Success in developing and implementing a customer lifecycle management strategy.
Lead crossfunctional teams to execute CLM initiatives, such as marketing campaigns and product enhancements.
Define key metrics to measure program effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create targeted campaigns for different customer segments.
Identify process optimization opportunities to enhance CLM operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to drive differentiation in CLM strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts.
Provide leadership and mentorship to customer facing teams.
Present progress reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

What We Need

Experience in customer lifecycle management or related roles within business payments.
Track record of driving improvements in customer engagement and satisfaction.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team development.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Strong project management experience.
