We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room and ensuring the well-being and development of the children in your care.

Duties:

Supervise and lead a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and educational programs
Monitor children's progress and development, keeping detailed records
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and inclusive nursery environment

Experience:

Minimum of [1] years of experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
