A progressive multi-disciplinary firm are now seeking an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join their Manchester Building Consultancy team.


The Senior Building Surveyor role


The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a well-known firm with wide presence across the UK and the plan to continue to expand over the course of next year.


Due to this firms expanding workload, they are currently seeking a forward-thinking Senior Building Surveyor to manage a wide range of projects, primarily residential and commercial schemes.


The Senior Building Surveyor will be supporting the team on a wide range of professional services including defect diagnosis, report writing, building surveys and contract administration.


This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is seeking a more varied day to day workload, with an exciting project portfolio and flexible working.


The Senior Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • MRICS ideally
  • Project Management experience
  • Consultancy background
