Annual salary of £30, FTE)

  • Permanent role
  • Fulltime (39 hours)
  • Field based role working across Merseyside

The role
The purpose of this role is to complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. To communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers.

To perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by their manager.

You'll be competent in at least 2 of the following trades, one must be Plumbing:

  • Joinery
  • Plumbing (essential)
  • Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Roofing
  • Glazing

Our repairs team is supported by our dedicated planners, supervisors and managers so you will be joining a great, supportive team with a high focus on values such as team work and high performance.


The right fit

  • You will possess an NVQ level two qualification in a core trade (or equivalent), a level 3 is desirable.
  • You'll be a confident, capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You'll be able to plan and prioritise workloads, working to deadlines and agreed targets.
  • You'll have strong customer service skills as you will be dealing with members of the public on a regular basis.
  • You'll have a full awareness of relevant H&S requirements.
  • You'll hold a full UK driving licence and a basic DBS check is required for this role.
