What you'll do:

Billing Specialist plays a key role in ensuing operational teams can deliver against agreed KPIs.

You will act as an interface for Partners and Stakeholders to review the service provided by VOIS Billing Operations Teams and use interactions alongside data analysis to help drive performance and identify opportunities.

You will be a gatekeeper to ensure NPDs and BIDs are viable and help to identify solutions where required.

Completing Regular Reviews with Partner Markets based on performance of VOIS Billing Ops Teams.
Supporting Development of Billing Offerings in VOIS Service Catalogue.
Aspects of NPD and Bid management ensuring LWIs are accurate and communicated.
Ensuing audit compliance across operational teams.
Data Analysis based on KPIs and invoices production data, to identify areas for improvement.

Who you are:

Excellent analytical skills,
Good understanding of services provided by Vodafone
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particular Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
5+ years experience in Enterprise Billing team
Negotiation with customers and internal stakeholders
