Role Overview

Duties:

-
Answering telephone calls: Answer incoming customer calls to pass over enquiries to sales team/ management. Must always have a positive and professional telephone manner
-
Consigning:Create commercial and pro-forma invoicing for customs authorities
-
Tracking: Keep up to date with current consignment tracking and report any issues to Service Centre Manager

Sales Admin: To record and maintain accurate sales results daily and weekly
-
Packing: Learn principles of packing techniques to high standard

To drive on company business if the need arises


Requirements and qualities

  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Ambitious and driven to drive to achieve results, deliver high standards, improve working practises
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Be able to communicate information in a clear and concise way to client and have an excellent telephone manner with a proven history of managing high volumes of call
  • Work with integrity and honesty at all times
  • Establish effective working relationships with colleagues.
  • Able to work on several tasks at a time and keep on top of workload. At times, you will be expected to perform menial tasks around the service centre

Benefits

  • Full time, permanent contract. Hours 8.30am 5.30pm
  • Salary of £22,000 £23,500 dependant on experience
  • 20 days plus 8 bank holidays
