Up to £38,000 + Bonus

Join our Service Desk Management team as a Workforce Management and Continuous Improvement Specialist.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of administering our workforce management system (Calabrio), crafting analyst schedules, and providing invaluable data-driven insights to enhance our operations.
In this role, you'll manage and administer our workforce management tool, ensuring smooth operation. You'll develop comprehensive guides for WFM users and conduct training sessions. Generating optimized schedules for approximately 70 team members will be part of your daily routine.Additionally, you'll deliver daily statistical reports to inform decision-making processes and act as the go-to person for Service Desk data and reporting needs.
You'll excel in identifying and communicating potential risks through data analysis to stakeholders, presenting monthly data packs, and making recommendations for process improvements.
Your continuous drive to enhance data quality and accuracy, foster collaboration, and share best practices across the organization will be highly valued.
