Description
We are seeking an experienced Line Leader to join a well-established food factory on Sutton Fields.

Duties:


  • Ensuring the required production quantity targets are met on a day to day basis.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the designated production area, ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed correctly and fully ensuring that customer requirements are met.
  • Ensuring that product traceability is always maintained.
  • The day to day supervision of production staff, including "clean as you go" operations.
  • Ensuring that staff are trained appropriately for the role that they are performing.
  • Responsible for the correct operation of equipment used during production hours.
  • To ensure that HACCP is followed and CCPs are monitored according to procedure along with any other relevant safety and quality records.
  • To complete any other duties as required by senior management.

The Person:


  • People management skills, including developing team capability, performance management and managing team KPI's
  • Assisting with implementing different types of production mythology
  • An excellent understanding of food safety guidelines and producers including working with HACCP Plans.
  • An excellent attitude and with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Able to implement production and achieve production targets
