About Our Client:

  • Provide administrative support within the human resources department.
  • Assist in managing HRrelated documentation and records.
  • Coordinate communication within the team and across departments.
  • Help organise and manage HR events and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
  • Contribute to team efforts and HR projects as needed.
  • Support the HR team in recruitment processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful temporary Administrator should have:

  • A background in administrative work, preferably within a human resources department.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • An ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and a teamoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
