- Provide administrative support within the human resources department.
- Assist in managing HRrelated documentation and records.
- Coordinate communication within the team and across departments.
- Help organise and manage HR events and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Contribute to team efforts and HR projects as needed.
- Support the HR team in recruitment processes.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful temporary Administrator should have:
- A background in administrative work, preferably within a human resources department.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and a teamoriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
