Description
We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client an experienced Centre Administrator on a full-time, temporary contract.

This is a key role within the business and will mainly be responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinical appointment systems and clinical areas.


Principle duties and responsibilities:


  • Receive visitors onsite and via the telephone in a friendly and polite manner.
  • Deal with general enquiries.
  • Make clinical appointments.
  • Order cleaning supplies.
  • Scan documents onto the clinical system.
  • File paper records in a timely manner.
  • Take payments and deal with small financial issues.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks to support the clinical team.
  • Handling of medical documentation for clinicians and patients.
  • Manage board room bookings and ontheday setup.
  • To work in line with all Health and Safety guidance, particularly in relation to the gym and
hydro-pool.

  • Computer literate with standard Microsoft Office packages.
  • Able to demonstrate high levels of literacy and numeracy.
  • A good Team player.
  • Have welldeveloped interpersonal skills both in person and by telephone.
  • Experience of working in a health, care, or sports performance environment.
  • Have a clear understanding of Health & Safety principles.

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

The rate of pay is £ £13.50 per hour (depending on experience).
