The Investment20/20 Programme


We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business.

You'll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you'll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you


What are we looking for?

You will be involved in:

  • Supporting the teams in producing internal and external materials
  • Using the client relationship management system for uploading and managing data
  • Assisting the teams in providing research analysis on markets, products and clients as required
  • Assisting with providing the ongoing analytics, market trends and research on competitor activity

What do we need from you?

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Analytical mindset
  • To be a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Open minded and enthusiastic
  • A proactive attitude to learning
  • The assessment process will include:
  • CV Review
  • Video Interview (containing both video and written questions)
  • Final Interview
  • Start date of the programme: September 2023
  • Salary: £26,500 per annum
