LARA Search is currently seeking multiple experienced and dedicate English and Maths Tutors to join a number of special colleges in Sutton, New Malden, Camberwell, and Uxbridge.

The tutors will be responsible for teaching Entry Level 1 up to Level 2 students with Learning Difficulties. The role involves a combination of virtual and face-to-face teaching, with flexible daytime hours. Teaching days will be from Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and accessible lessons to Entry Level 1 up to Level 2 students with learning difficulties.
Develop appropriate course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with the colleges' curriculum.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in English, Maths, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching English and Maths to students with learning difficulties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of individual students.
Proficiency in both virtual and facetoface teaching methods.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS is a requirement for this position.
